Option 1. Place the watermark at the center of the picture

One option to protect against such action - you can put your copyright or logo in the center of the picture and set it considerable transparency.

This option is relatively reliable, but you will have to use a high degree of transparency, otherwise the watermark will attract too much attention and blocks a picture.

To automatically arrange your text watermark in the center of the picture:

1. Click «Text Options & Effects» in the left menu in the main window (# 1)
2. In the resulting menu of watermark settings, select "Position" (# 2)
3. Set the position of the watermark - "Center" (# 3)

To adjust the transparency of the watermark

5. Click the tab "Font" in the options menu of the watermark (# 4)
6. Adjust the level of transparency (# 5)

Option 2. Add the translucent lines across the picture

If you do not like the watermark in the middle of the picture, you can try to add a line across the image.

Watermark in the form of lines is most difficult to remove from the picture, it will require hours of work and high level of knowledge in image editing, which makes this the best defense.

To add a lines:

1. Activate the lines in the left menu in the main window. (# 1)
2. Adjust the level of transparency. (# 2) We recommend you to set minimum transparency, so that lines are not too mark out in the background. Even the almost transparent lines will be enough for serious protection.
3. Adjust the color of the lines (# 3). As a rule, it should be a neutral color, for example – cream or other pastel colors. The lines must be visible and on light and dark images.
4. Specify the line thickness (# 4). We recommend to set a minimum thickness of 4-5 pixels. If the images are high resolution – you should to increase the thickness of the lines.
5. You can free up space in the center (# 5 ) so that the lines are not crossed each other because it's looks more aesthetically than just crossing lines.
